I am sorry to hear you had an error on your online submitted tickets. I see where you contacted us and the CSS explained that your ticket was already in print. Our policy (which is stated on our website) states that as soon as the order has been placed it is pulled for printing so we can make our deadlines. Once the printing process has started we can not make any changes but we do offer to cancel the order, refund the shipping, and give you a 40% discount on your revised order. Event Ticket Designing & printing
The program for designing was fairly easy to use. I struggled with trying to get our logo on the back of the ticket which I had to contact support twice to help me. I did not have the option to size smaller the logo to have it fit and this was very frustrating and took way longer than it should have. The printing is great quality and shipping was very fast. I recommend this company for ticket printing and would come back again.

This is my first time using this company and what a delight it was! During editing I had made a since letter error and when I had reviewed my proof on my phone it was so small I didn’t catch it (totally my fault) customer service(Michelle) was phenomenal! She was able to make the change before printing! My kids arrived so fast! They showed up on my door two business days after placing my order! They were well packaged so as not to be damaged and looked even better then I could have imagined!
