Canada post lost my package and it ended up going across the country, and CTPs support took care of me super fast and got me tickets to my door BEFORE Canada post was able to correct their own error. The program for designing was fairly easy to use. I struggled with trying to get our logo on the back of the ticket which I had to contact support twice to help me. I did not have the option to size smaller the logo to have it fit and this was very frustrating and took way longer than it should have. The printing is great quality and shipping was very fast. This is my first time using this company and what a delight it was! During editing I had made a since letter error and when I had reviewed my proof on my phone it was so small I didn’t catch it (totally my fault) customer service(Michelle) was phenomenal! She was able to make the change before printing! My kids arrived so fast! They showed up on my door two business days after placing my order! They were well packaged so as not to be damaged and looked even better then I could have imagined!

Order came very quickly! Great prices too! Cheapest I've found. The only thing was that there are only 3 options for stag and doe tickets! We ended up using a template from another event type - it was tricky since some of the template fields are restrictive. I would suggest adding more stag and doe templates!!
